How well do the following powders work in .270WSM?

IMR4895
IMR4064
H380
Hybrid 100V
H414

Also, I have found that some loadings call for a LR primer while others call for a LRM primer. What difference does it make whether a magnum primer or a regular primer is used? Thanks.

IMR4895, IMR4064, and H380 are too fast with most bullet weights for best performance.
H414 marginally so.
Hodgdon cuts off data for most of them at the 140-150 grain bullet weight.

Primer choice will be determined by the type of powder used in the load recipe.

Stick type IMR powders don't generally require magnum primers.

Ball powders do, because they are harder to ignite.
