Randy1911 September 11, 2009, 02:21 PM Don't know if the're any cheaper deals out there, but MidwayUSA has them for about $28 bucks. I just bought a #30. TRguy September 11, 2009, 09:02 PM Didn't know LNL used shell plates. Thought it used bushings, about $4 each on average Borg September 12, 2009, 03:54 PM Shell plates= plates that hold shells or cases. Bushings= a collar that dies screw into to be placed in the top of the press. Borg floydster September 12, 2009, 04:14 PM :):):) longdayjake September 12, 2009, 11:19 PM Cheap shell plates? They don't exist. Anywhere you buy them right now is most likely sold out and on back order if you are wanting the more popular plate. If you want to get them and you want them soon the best route is ebay. I resorted to buying a #6 and a #8 on ebay and I am waiting patiently for 2 months now for 3 more on back order. pinkymingeo September 13, 2009, 05:50 AM Cheer up. There's hope. I sent my old-style shellplates for the ezject modification, and just got them back after seven weeks. The reason for the delay? Hornady was out of the plastic boxes the shellplates are packed in, and was waiting for the backorder to arrive. My guess is that's what's been holding up delivery, and new ones should be shipping soon. Randy1911 September 13, 2009, 09:11 AM I just bought a 44 Mag shellplate last week and it was in stock at Midway. I scanned the other sizes and they had them also. Maybe they just got a shipment.
