I will soon acquire a JP Enterprises AR-10, similar to this one, but with a 20" barrel.

Does anyone have experience with one of these and a Leupold 3.5-10X M1 ?
I figure I will use it in three configs:
1. Irons for He-man class 3Gun
2. TA11 ACOG for Modifed 3Gun or informal range shooting
3. Leupold 3.5-10X M1 or similar for precision shooting to 600 yards or so.
Who has experience with optics on an AR-10? Does the M1 work well?
