sorry, i,m no hawkeye, but i did stay in a holiday inn years ago he,he. i,m going to shoot the same load i use in my tenn poor boy,80grs 2f and a round ball or the hornady 240 gr pa. conical#6617 as my tenn rifle loves both. it took me 6 weeks to get the pedersoli from the owner. i took the pedersoli apart last night and it looks well made, i put a black english flint in her and she throws a good shower of sparks, so i primed her up five times to see if she would talk and she yelled all five times with no problem. i,ll fire her latter this week. eastbank.

OK CHECK your patches ol' boy. They are notorious for cutting patches, and if you find the barrel does this, some polishing of the interior of the barrel with pieces of one of those 3M Green scrubbies (dishwashing aisle in the grocery store) will correct the problem. AND..., get a .22 caliber bore brush to keep the patent breech clean. I enjoyed mine, but I wanted a little bigger caliber, and a single trigger. My buddy who bought it off of me loves it.

Oh my poor, aching shoulder wow, I shoot a .40 cal and 50 to 60 gr 3f tops. This is for target work out to 100 yards. Your collection shore looks pretty and I hope they shoot as well. Take care and be safe.

the poor boy shoots the 240gr hornady pa conical into one big hole at 25yds from a rest with 80gr 2f, i hope the pedersoli likes that bullet. i take the factory heavy grease off of the bullet and coat with crisco. eastbank.
