I have a bayonnet that is marked Remington in a circular pattern and 1917 on one side. It is marked US and what looks like a pineapple and a bird, possibly an eagle on the other. These markings are on the blade right by the hilt. The sheath has a gf stamp. Without measuring the blade seems to be about 18" with bleaders on each side. Does anyone know anything about these, or where I can find info on it.
