I have a 32 Cal. squirrel rifle that I'm trying to research. I believe that it was made by Levi Bell, in Tuscarawa, Ohio, probably in the early to mid 1800s.
Anybody have any info on the gentleman????

For info on Ohio guns and ginsmiths I would recommend you contact the folks at The Log Cabin Shop.

They've been dealing with muzzleloaders for at least 50 years and have quite a good knowledge of Ohio smiths.
Good luck with the search.

Pics!! Those Ohio rifles are the ultimate, refined expression of the long rifle.
Incredibly accurate, too.
