Ok this is my first pres. switch so bare with me, I dont know if this is the right sub forum for this Q but Im having difficulties fitting the pressure switch for a light onto the front grip. They dont fit at all, the pressure switch on the flashlight is short and fat but the foregrip "groove" is long and very skinny. Am I missing something here?

There are a several different styles of tape switches, three that I know of (round, long, and fat)...but it doesn't look like a big problem in your case. I would simply remove the tape and use industrial strength Velcro to hold it to the grip...worked for me (on the forearm as I don't care for forward grips on most rifles), and comes with some tape switches. :)
