I handled one today. It seemed to be very well built, and I might just buy it.
I have some questions first though.
Has anyone shot one of these yet?
How would one stack up against a good FAL variant?
I am planning to add a 7.62x51mm semi-auto to my collection before too long.
Any experience with one of these would be helpful.

Quite a few of the early versions had too-tight-for-surplus chambers. JLD fixed them and they seem to run fine.

IIRC, the forearm has no heat shield, so you may want to eliminate another imported part so you can use an imported forearm (and bipod).

I have one. I have found it to be an entirely satisfactory weapon. Not one complaint.
