I would think it is a Euroarms.

Euroarms Italia is the former Armi San Paolo and owns Euroarms USA. They did make a Hawken style rifle; it was a .58 caliber with a 28" octagonal barrel and double set triggers. It weighed 9 lbs and was discontinued in 1989.

How did you identify it as a Hawken?

The only .45 caliber Eurorams rifle I found was a Pennsylvania rifle with a 36" barrel. It weighed 7 lbs and was discontinued in 1987.

The Pennsylvania rifle had a full length walnut stock; the Hawken is a half stock plains style rifle.
