Some of you may recal that I handled an estate sale recently that had a lot of firearms to offload, and I am still picking my way through the stuff.

All the guns are gone, still have some rare magazines left, and no one wanted the holsters, so now I'm down to what's left of the ammo.

No real thoughts about selling it, but I came across some fascinating stuff.

Photos are attached and what you are looking at includes the very first examples of Hydra-Shoks in .45ACP and 10mm, Black Talons in .30-06, I have a lot of .40S&W Black Talons, and some 9mm Federal Nyclads.

I sit at night gloating over it (and all the other ammo I lucked into) but thought I'd share some photos of the more unusual stuff.

'Round these parts, the zombies have been flushed out of Georgia by the recent floods, and are creeping towards my neck of the woods. So I'll need more ammo.

The .30-06 BTs are labelled as CXP3 for large, heavy game - those Coyotes would not be happy.

My old buddy must have had some of this stuff in storage for over 20 years, I have never seen Hydra-Shoks in those odd looking long oblong 20 round boxes.

Thanks, but I don't know if I'll sell it yet, I have one full ammo can of this stuff, everything from boxes of .380 Silvertips to 7.62 NATO sniper grade military ammo.

If I do, it would be Phoenix local anyway.

Oh my.... :scrutiny: My Remington 7600 loved those 30-06 Black Talons in 165 grains..... she'd shoot a 3/4" group easily, as long as I did my part....
I hope she does't see this post - she'd wet herself in her case...:o She'd probably be OK with me trading some Estate 150 gr. Zombie loads :what: for those Fail Safes, IF you decide to part with some of them!:D
