HST ballistics, help ?

Hello. Lately, I was talking to one of my friends about the 140-someting grain Federal HST rounds... but I can't seem to find ballistics on these rounds. Google is not being my friend with searching for this. So, I'm asking, do any of you guys know the ballistics of this round ?

My department uses the HSTs. I saw the conclusion of the testing they did and every load for the 9mm, 40 and 45 performed well.
