Do any of the kahr pistols have safeties? Or are they like the Glocks and none of them come from the factory with them? Thanks drf

Kahr pistols are like Glocks in that they do have any external safeties. Kahr is known for making slim, compact, accurate and reliable handguns. I own a Kahr P9 and it is one of my favorite guns.

I believe all Kahrs are DAO, no external safety.

The Kahrs have an internal striker blocker. Pulling the trigger both draws the striker back and moves the block out of the way of the striker's forward travel. The purpose is to make the gun "drop safe".
