My expectations were totally offbase. It shoots like a dream. Eats everything. Is more accurate than my full-size 1911, and the recoil isn't bad at all.

Don't understand all this, but I do understand that I like shooting it now and will even more when I get the trigger work done.

Nice gun and a good deal.

That pistol was for sale in my state of Michigan and was advertised on a Michigan based board. I looked and looked at the ad, but just couldn't figure out a way to come up with the money... I never even contacted the seller as I just didn't have the cash.

Sorry I missed out. Glad it went to someone who's going to enjoy it.

Yep, and I found his ad on that site when I was researching the Commander.
The pictures weren't too clear, but I took a chance on it and accepted his trade offer.

Turns out it was hardly fired and in mint condition.:what:

I'll keep the condition good, but will work hard on fixing that "hardly fired" problem.:D
