Post a picture. Or a detailed description. You don't give us much information to go on. Capital letters and punctuation will enhance your credibility.

Sorry don't type much. I have a six shot revolver looks like a starter pistol. The name on the handle says mondail & mod. 1960 on the side .It's black with white grips.

I'm just guessing here. Back in the good old days, say in the early 1960's, there were a number of very inexpensive, poor quality handguns imported into the US. RG was one brand that sold for around $20 new. They were of cheap pot metal with a steel liner in the barrel. You don't mention the caliber, it may be a .22 rimfire. They were notoriously unreliable, have little resale value and no collector interest. If it were mine, I would not attempt to fire it. The apparent lack of markings on the frame, barrel, or cylinder supports my theory that this predates the Gun Control Act of 1968.

Mondial model 1960 is a starter pistol made in Italy, BLANKS ONLY.
I don't know where to get parts, even a screw. You might look in the metric screw drawer at Lowes.
If it is a real gun, it was likely made in Spain instead of Italy.

They also made tear gas guns, I found one in my grandmothers basement a few months back

Many of those guns sold for as little as $9.95 retail prior to GCA 68. The anti-gun gang today still tries to gain support by railing against "cheap handguns, sold for as little as $9 to teen aged killers....".
