I know I alway's say I'm not gonna ever buy another knife but I got one this morning anyway. It's a small fixed blade belt knife, #92. I figured I will wear it awhile and give the little Buck 103T a rest. It sure is a nice looking little tool. Blade's about 4 inches, maybe 3 &1/2. I don't care much for the scabbard to tell the truth. It's lined nice on the inside and all but it dosen't have a retaining strap or snap. Anybody on here ever put a Queen's knife to the test? If so did it hold up? They have a pretty good name I reckon but I'vd never owned one before or know anyone that did....

Best kept secret in fixed blades for the money. The 92 is D2 steel, whats not to like. It will stand up , just keep it sharp.
The sheath, ya, the do need to be replaced.

I have read everything I could find about my Queens #92 and all about the D2 tool steel it was made from. I think I really like this knife. It didn't come real sharp but I have it real sharp now. The only thing I have used it for so far is to cut the meat from the bone of an antelope hind quarter and slice some of it for gravy steaks and chunk up the rest of it for stew and whatever. The knife is very easy to handle and seem's to hold an edge very well. Thank you HSO for posting that Queens Cutlery link or else I wouldn't have even bothered to even think of a Queen's knife....
