Safariland 568 or Bianchi X15--Concealable with .45 Auto?

I'm carrying a S&W M&P .45 4.5" and love the gun. It is fairly light--much lighter than my old S&W 645, but my hip still gets sore.

Does anyone carry a .45 in the Safariland 568 paddle holster? I think the paddle might spread the weight out more than my IWB holster--but is it concealable? How about the Bianchi X-15 shoulder holster? I haven't used a shoulder holster in years, but I wonder if it might be a nice change. I also wonder if will conceal a service size pistol under a shirt? Or do I need a vest/jacket?

Your thoughts and opinions please. Thanks.

The X-15 never hid a .45 very well, outside of winter time and down parkas.

What holster/belt combo are you using? If your hip is sore, it sounds like at least one of them is the wrong one.
