Whitewolf 508

I have seen a number of posts here about sight painting. I thought that I would try it myself with my 3rd issue Colt DS. My daughter gave me some white nail polish. First I put 3 coats of that on the ramp front and theh 2 coats of hot pink. I followed that with a glaze overcoat.
This afternoon I went out and put 60 rounds through the gun. From 30 feet . Everything went into the 8,9 and X rings..rapid fire, slow fire and one handed..There were only 3 flyers which were my own fault. That hot pink showed up just like a laser.
I was shooting WW whitebox and noted that this is erally dirty ammo. I also noted that several rounds did not appear to be full powered from the sound and feel of them.
Sorry for the lack of pics. The camera was put away fro "safe keeping" and who knows where that is.
