has there been any updates as of lately? I have heard that they were gonna issue more permits or atleast issue some. I don't really have the money to gamble only to get shot down but if its a sure thing then its not a problem. Let me know how things are going.

In case you did not know, but there is an attorney named Sher who is taking this Maryland CCW issue to court. Not sure where is stands, but he apparently intends to take it as far as he can through the court system. Sher was turned down for a permit because he wanted it for "self-defense" generically, and in Maryland that is not a good enough reason. There has to be specific, documented threats.

Sher sometimes sits in for G. Gordon Liddy on the Liddy talk radio program. I think he may be doing other substitute host, talk radio gigs too.
