am looking for an action bar for a jc higgins model 60 12ga..tried numrich and all obsolete gun parts stores i could find on the web..nothin! would give up but my son loves the thing..any help out there? thanx

Is it like the gun pictured in the manual shown at http://www.histandard.info/manuals/sears/sashotguns/1087D150R.pdf ? If so, it should be a High Standard Supermatic C-100 model, and the parts should interchange.

thanx so much..went to numrich sight..it IS the same part..still sold out..will try using the high standard model..on leave right now..head back to afghanistan in a couple weeks..middle of my fifth tour..would like to get this fixed for him before i go back..thanx again for the new trail to follow
