Ordered some bullets this afternoon. Took a quick phone call. Back to the computer. Trying to enter the receipt information into Quickbooks and my Mail *dings* indicating an email is received. Shipment notice from Missouri Bullet.

For crying out loud let me enter the receipt into A/P first before you ship my order!!

Great service, crew. Keep it up.:D

I hate it when companies drag their feet processing orders.

I honestly don't know how the hell they do it. With demand the way it is and all. I've never dealt with a better company online and that is in regards to anything gun related to woodworking. There is just no other company out there that compares! Thanks a bunch Missouri.

I ain't figured how they're doing it yet but
I think they are shipping our bullets before
we ever place the order. :scrutiny:

Their playing mind games!!!! Somehow they can see us in the monitor screen and know that we're on their site and then using a mind reading software they know what we want to order. What I don't understand is how the hell they can read the CC number in my wallet??????

You guys are funny!!

Jo Ann read your post and observed: "They don't understand how we do it, but what I don't understand is why the other casters don't do it?"

And I wanted to mention also we do give priority to THR members, meaning that we will go the extra length to get their stuff out ASAP. In Freakshow's case yesterday, all shipping was done and I was back here in the office working on setting up our new Linux servers that will be replacing our older web/mail infrastructure when Freakshow's order came in. I peeked out the window and saw that the mailman hadn't come yet for the pickup and figured I had time to get the order packed up and out and just barely beat the mailman.

But Jo Ann's observation has me curious too - why don't the other casters do it, too? It's the making of the bullets that is the hard part. Shipping them is easy!

I just placed my first order with you folks, then logged on and saw the title to this thread and said "Oh, my" or something similar. Then read the thread. These comments and other similar threads are the reason I placed the order. I wish more sellers in all fields would realize that satisfied customers are the best advertising. I look forward to using your bullets.

I figured either the mailman was right there or you guys were in the middle of pulling and packing when my order went through. Thanks again, Brad.

MBC, you folks are proving one big thing here. Just provide a good product, with fast service and great support, and the word spreads like wildfire. Would that much of the rest of our economy could learn! Thanks, and continue to prosper.

MBC is my favorite. Every time I visit Kansas City, I make a trip to their factory.

The pipeline installed last week from Starbucks headquarters to the MBC barn might explain some of it!

I had the exact same quick service from Meister Bullets about six weeks ago!

I ordered them from halfway across the country, or further, and I had them in my mailbox like two days!

I told them I would order more from them and I have!

Now I just need the brass to finish the loads.

Funny! I was shocked I thought I was going to read a complaint about Missouri. I think their bullet boxes come with little RF transmitters that indicate when the bullets are low; triggering an automated reshipment.

Said it once and I'll say it again.. GREAT service Missouri, thank you!

I recently got a .38 Super and on Friday night I worked up some loads using the 147gr 9mm flat noses. I also loaded some 9mm, as well. I was at the public range Saturday chatting with another shooter and he shouted "Oh!" and I nearly jumped outta my skin. "Oh, are those Missouri Bullets?"

I was going to ask him if he was on THR but I didn't want to seem goofy. But Brad, your bullets are pretty popular around here.

The thing that's truly amazing about MBC isn't that they get this order or that order out quickly. It's the fact that they consistently do it day in and day out--and even at that speed the bullets are great and the lube is actually still on the bullets when I get them.
Good job guys!

Dangnabbit freakshow10mm!!!

Hearing all this lovin' being heaped upon MB made me go and place an order with them. ...

Always great to hear it when a vendor consistently meets and/or exceeds ones expectations.

Cheers

I'm sorry about that Sunday post office being closed thing, or you would have had them earlier :-)

I can't believe you guys have to wait that long to get your orders. I just drive over and get them the same day!

Actually Brad is awesome and a wonderful host to show off his 'Toys', I mean Tools of the trade. I make a point to hand out some samples to fellow reloaders to let them try out the 'Product'. Worked for the drug dealers right? Have gotten a few new customers that way and I love to promote reloading in general, and MBC in particular.

Great service, but you gotta can that chunky guy with the mustache. Every time I look at the on-line camera he's outta uniform. I thought all your employees wore super-hero capes and such.

I plan to start reloading this Spring and have a spreadsheet with my initial capital costs and ROI calculated vs. buying retail. Based on what I've read about MBC, I have them up as my cost and order link for bullets :) Word of mouth advertising ftw.

Missouri Bullets is a great example why we say that the small businesses are the back bone of this country. Amazing what hard work and some brains can do, isn't it? Keep it up MBC.....

My poor mail carrier had to schlep the heavy box up to the door yesterday in the snow. Looks like both MSB and USPS were working hard to get all the packages out before the little snow we have (18" and still falling here in VA).

I don't know what's going on at MBC, but it took nearly 5 1/2 hours to get my shipping notification after I placed my order.

Don't be slackin' off, now . . . ;)

I had to remove the red sour-faced icon from this thread. Since October, every time I saw it, I said, "what the heck is wrong there?" Then read the first post (again) - ah yes, that thread!

There's a thread detailing the URL: port address and the credentials required. It's recent.
