American Rifleman has a story about an external hammer side-by-side made in Poland by Radom.
Looks good for under $1300.
The website (www.pioneer-pac.com) says that 24" barrel version is coming.
Has anyone shot the 18 1/2" version?

I read the NRA magazine article and saw the web site on it. I am impressed with everything about it except one important issue for me, and that is the weight at 8.7 lbs. I have a Remington spartan (Baikal) 12 ga coach gun that has choke tubes that weighs 6.5 lb and I use it to hunt with and also for home defense. It is very well made and I paid about $365.00 for it.
