Dealer just called me about a M-18 marked M.D.C. T-5 anyone have a clue to what this is ???

I've searched to wit's ends to try and help; but unfortunately
I can't find any info on those particular marking's. I suggest
contacting Mr. Roy Jinks, the Smith & Wesson historian for
his opinion.
