Go to the link and the 2nd article is my nephew Andrew, who born with spinal bifida . I heard of this website after my sister emailed me pictures of the nice 8 pt Buck Dewey shot. she sent pictures to the NRA website and they put Dewey's story on the website.

That, my dear friends, is what hunting is all about. ;)
The body on that deer looks like a horse...and those 8 points on top makes it even better. Tell Andrew he has the THR stamp of approval.

Congratulations, Andrew, we need all the new hunters we can find. I am glad we have one more youngster to keep our sport alive.

Please pass my congratulations along to Andrew and everyone who contributed to his success.
What a great experience for the young man! The first of many, I hope.
(And while he's at it, I hope he knocks over a bunch of does, too.)

My girlfriend's cousin has spina bifida and is paralyzed from the waist down. Despite his disability, he's an avid hunter. He's even been out west (CO) and shot elk. I'm glad to see another disabled hunter out there and enjoying the sport!
