Just called seecamp.

Second ring a woman answered and I told her I would like to order some replacement springs, she put me on hold and THE MAN picked up (Larry)

A definite change altough I've heard this has been the case for a few years now. I tried calling many times about an issue 6-7 years ago. At that time, it was standard operating procedure for them to not answer the phone. You got a recorded message with their fax # and address. The only way to communicate with them was fax or mail.

I believe they've gone to CNC and hired some more guys. Funny story, when Seecamps were so hard to get years ago, one shop in my area had plenty. I'm told someone at Seecamp had a sweet tooth for Hostess cupcakes or some such thing, and this dealer knew a Hostess deliveryman, and various bargains were struck, etc. etc. :D
