Okay..I screwed up, and posted this in a less appropriate forum...
So..I still, am having real difficulty in locating a breechplug for my Thompson Center 50 in line. I would like to acquire one and well, seems they have all but dissappeared form the face of free shootin earth!
I called Thompson, and the refered me to an outfitter..but no luck. Anyone in the 'Forum world' willing to part with one?

I sold 6 of them to a guy named Larry back in May, 2007.
He was really into Scouts and still might have some of them.
I PM'd you his email address in hope that it still works.
Otherwise you can try scouring eBay, the gun auction sites or stores that might have old stock.
I'm going to a gun show this weekend so I'll keep my eyes open for one! :)
