Pretty cool video.
I remember that they (DOW) did that near my house a few years ago in an area called Rabbit Mt. They went after deer though on that occasion.
Has to be done but that is one job I wouldn't want.

I used to live in San Diego, and crossed the border numerous times. I'm sure I've had goat meat, and liked it. But I didn't know it.:)

For several years we used to BBQ a goat for a July 4th shindig and it was pretty tasty.

I will take properly prepared goat over beef any day. Now poorly prepared goat is decent, but if the cook knows what they are doing it is very good.

To remove the goaty smell of meat, boil in water and add lemon grass and ginger. That should do it to tenderize before adding your other ingredients such as potatoes, carrots, bell pepper , tomato sauce, oyster sauce, chili pepper etc.

Only thing that bothers me,I doubt the goats will be harvested for food after they drop like hot potatoes. I don't think I could be a goat mass murderer lol.
