Does anybody know of a commercial source or somebody that may have compiled a computer database that covers most (if not all) bullet manufacturers and their offerings in which you can enter in your particular requirements (.224, 55-60gr, HP, etc..) and it would filter a list of whats available?

TIA,
Daniel

Excellent question. I will watch your responses, as that would be a really big help when trying to decide on a load. Thanks.

I just check the 3 main suppliers that I have bookmarked, for availability of the item(s).
Occasionally I Google a search if I'm not having any luck.

Not to my knowledge. The closest thing I can think of is Midway but you have to use their set of parameters which I find very non- user friendly. Try just googling your parameters.

I think the White House has complied a list of bullet manufacturers, but I'm not quite sure they would share that list !!

The PACT chronograph comes with ballistics software that covers most every bullet made.

But I think you have to buy the chronograph to get the software.

By the way, welcome to THR, dostrander.

I forgot that I do have the software, Lee Shooter that has a data base of bullets sorted by brand, weight or style. You can also add new bullets to the data base if you have the BC and SD. Mine is an older version that I need to update occasionally with newer bullets.

Here's a link to it.

Point Blank has a pretty good bullet data base, but not as extensive as QL.
