After seeing MCGUNNERS stand on another thread I got to thinking. It sure would be great to start a thread for folks to show off their Deer stands.
I am going to dig through some pics to find some of mine, but in the mean time POST YOURS!

Actually, to burst your bubble, that's not my stand. I wish....LOL! It circulated around e-mail for a while and I saved a few pix. Mine is a 110 dollar 12 ft tripod from Academy. Hell, if I had a stand like those pix, I'd sleep right though the morning! ROFL!

That's a pic from inside one of my stands, it's another field on the right side in clear view, next time I'm in that stand I"ll take a pic.

We used to do the same thing with big round bales, they didn't stack as neatly though.

Been building permanent metal stands for nearly 10 years, have about 15 set up. Most are 3' X 4' angle frames with expanded metal floors. Some have ladders others individual steps. We like them big enough to hold two people (adult & youngster). Cost around $40-$50 in materials per stand. Swivel seats are removable, hardly any maintenance required.
If you look against the trees on the mot in the background, you'll see my tripod. This is the only shot I have of it. I have another stand on the other side of the place, but it's getting a bit rickety. I need to get another feeder out there, too.
