Started to reload last night on my Lee turret press, and first thing I did was somehow break the priming post pin.

Called Lee about ordering another and the friendly woman on the other side said "we'll just sent you another complete primer arm".

Free. This is for a 25 year old press, although she didn't ask me when I bought my press. Great customer service.

Some say their customer service is bad but my experience is basically the same as yours.
No question, no hassle, usually 2 /3 days I'm back in business.

Some companies realize they have to offer such service to compete. It's nice to see Lee going beyond their 2 year advertised warranty.
