I'm looking for a good general purpose powder for .38 Super (not looking for 'major' loads), .45acp, and light .357 Magnum LSWC-HP loads (850-900 fps).
I have some VV N320 on order, but it might be a while before it comes in.

How does SR 7625 meter?

Cleanliness? I'm not concerned about stained brass, but I don't like a lot of unburned powder. HS-6 is pretty bad until you hit full pressures in .38 Super.

Accuracy in any of the cartridges listed?

Is it too slow for .45acp? (200 grain JSWC's)

I've been using Titegroup for most loads, but it's so dang quick, I want something more versatile. Better load density would be a plus too.

Any input is appreciated.

I've used 7625 in 38SA and 9x23 Win. It'll make plenty of velocity. Can make major power factor with it. It is plenty clean.

It meters very very well too.

Good powder.
