That IS a good deal. The cheapest NIB Kahr MK9 I've seen was a two tone for $375 + shipping. It didn't have night sights and it wasn't an Elite 98 model either.

I have seen several for $400-$425 on the forums

None with Ashleys...but some were elite models

I think that I paid $350-$375 for mine last year. I got it off of Gunsamerica. It was very slightly used. A pretty good deal, I guess.

How do you like the Ashley sights? Would you consider putting them
on any other guns you own?

I like them a lot for the purpose they serve. If I were going to put night sights on a defensive pistol, it'd probably be those.
