I just sold my Springfield 03A4 sniper set up , with scope and tube for $1900 cash. Markelys Gun shop has an 1899 manufactured Colt U.S. marked SAA .45 with a factory nickel shoulder stock . The owner wants $2400, I offered $2200 out the door (which includes tax of $160) . Now this gun would be worth $7000-8000 in its 98% condition, IF it wasn't Colt Factory engraved and Gold inlaided in 1948 to commemorate WW2 by the General who owned it. It is friggin OUTRAGEOUS (to me at least) must have almost an OZ of gold inlaid on it! US markings AND that factory detachable skeleton metal stock Marked 1899! Pictures will follow IF I get it.:cool:
