In 1999 Missouri's Proposition "B" was narrowly defeated, perhaps by some element of voter fraud in St. Louis.
Prop. "B" would have allowed for CCW in Mo.
(Read about voter fraud here.) (http://www.ksdk.com/news/news_article_lc.asp?storyid=49708)
Now, if Prop. "B" had passed, would we still have had Constitutional problems (Judicial Legislation) with Concealed Carry, just as we are now with HB349?

Yes, I'm afraid so... The blissninnies would sue under the Missouri constitution, whether it was a referendum or an act of legislation. They just can't stand to lose...

Easy to understand....
The Whining Liberal Bliss-Ninny Creed:
"Since we cannot win at the Ballot Box, We will try to win in the Jury Box"
Simpler Translation:
If you lose the election, go "court shopping" for a liberal judge/court to overturn the election, or issue an injunction.
I don't even pretend to know how Missourri plot-o-tics works, but if I understand this properly, the MO legislature PASSED CCW, vetoed by The Guv, veto overidden by the legislature, somebody got a far-left liberal court to issue injunction, essentially placing CCW "on hold".
Did I miss anything?
Almost as screwy as the situation in Ohio, with Guv. Booby "Bloody hands up to the 'pits" Daft.
