I can't make it too easy on you.:D I would turn it but don't know how. My tech support guys are already in bed. Being 9 and 10 they have to crash early.

I know this is a late late response, got sidetracked the other day, but my 788 shoots dime sized groups with H-4350 and the 95 gr. SST's. OAL is 2.75" on my loads.

IMR 4350 or H4350 work well with Sierra or Berger bullets. Setting and finding COL here. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/lid=11470/guntechdetail/Gauging_Success___Minimum_Headspace_and_Maximum_COL

Don't let the cannelure position throw you. My friend's 7mm Rem Mag handloads has the SST cannelure out front of the neck. My 7mm-08 has the SST cannelure out front of the neck. I don't have the .243 SSTs, so that situation may be different.

I'd say the cannelure is about 1/8" forward of the case mouth on my loads, @ 2.75 Fantastic load and it kills deer like a lightning bolt.
