I just got a suade lined Safariland holster for my S&W 610 and the lining "grabs" the cylinder making a smooth draw impossible. What can I do to the lining so it won't try to hang on to the gun?

It should go away after a little break-in period.

In the mean time, a light spritz of Camp-Dry silicone spray should help.
It will not stain the leather if you don't really soak it with silicone.

You could also apply two or three layers of blue masking tape to the cylinder in the tight spots and leave it in the holster overnight to loosen it up a little.
