Does anyone know of a gunsmith/gunshop that will provide and install a new barrel on a Hakim for anywhere near a reasonable price?

Why would you need a new barrel? I love my Hakim it BLASTS all that nasty corrosive Cheap ammo. I am not worrying about accuracy as long as it can hit 10" at 100 is fine with me. I did pick up 2 30rd magazins when they were available.:rolleyes:

Gun Parts had the 6.5 barrels for the Ljungmann, but they show them sold out and list nothing for the HAKIM. You might try Sarco, but I don't know of any large quantity of spare barrels for the HAKIM.

I have not looked at a HAKIM with a view to rebarrelling, but suspect it might be a pretty big (and very expensive) job to adapt a commercial barrel to that gun.
