I managed to shoot the SASS SW Regional Championship Friday and Saturday. It's been so long I've forgotten how much fun it is. Between rifle, pistols and shotgun I put about 250 rounds downrange, and if wasn't for one stinkin' stealth bullet I'da had a clean match. Friday I shot my Navy Knock-off and my '60, today I shot my .36 Navy and one Walker. My miss was with the Walker.
Early stages were shot in light fog, so I was really puttin' on a show for the rest of the posse. I was the only BP shooter in my posse.
I have no idea how I placed since I've got to work tomorrow and miss the awards banquet, but just guessin' I'm sure I was in the top 95%.:)
Edit: I forgot my camera.

Pulp,
My favorite weather condition to shoot in is a very light drizzle and NO WIND. The guns lay a huge fog bank down range. Kinda fun remembering where the rifle targets are and shootin' through the smoke and still hitting them (mostly). Sorry about the one miss. Generally, if I miss with the Walker it is my fault since the gun shoots straight and if I jerk the trigger the gun is so heavy that I don't pull it off target. I'll bet you shot it with great "manliness" in the duelist style. If so, I tip my hat to you as I only shoot my Walkers when there is no Frontiersman category so I end up shooting in Front. Cart. category and use TWO HANDS 'cause I got weenie arms. If I had to shoot mine duelist style I'd have all kinds of misses by drooping under the targets.

I shoot double duelist style. Right gun right hand, left gun, left hand.

You are more of a man than me. Duelin' Walkers is one impressive sight rarely seen.
