Browning X-Bolt with BOSS...?

Does anyone know when BOSS will be available on the X-Bolt?

Dunno but I'd not be surprised if the X-bolt never sees the BOSS. The BOSS works but it's not necessary on A-Bolts or X-bolt's that shoot well without them. My X-Bolt 270 will shoot Fed. Fusions .5" @100yds. Nosler ballistic tip handloads around .5" too. There's no reason to try to make it shoot any better. I believe the BOSS guns don't sell that great anymore and have fallen out of fashion.

You are probably right. No BOSS on X-Bolt. I called a guy at Browning but he didn't know. I wanted it on a .243 for coyotes at 350+ yards. (Can't get it on a .243 A-Bolt.) I had a no-brake BOSS on a Model 70 and learned how to work it. Easy. Unreal results.

But I'll still get the X-Bolt. Great rifle.
