Guy went on shooting spree at work here in Cincinnati.

while explaining the shooting the news anchor stated that it was clearly a horrific event because the police found 12 spent casings. wow he emptied one magazine :rolleyes:

now i do feel sorry for the families and people shot. but news people are so stupid.

During live coverage of the Northeast Power Blackout on August 14, ABC's Ted Koppel, whose time on the air may have outlasted his common sense, takes a call from Bob Dobbs, who Ted believes is with the New York Transit Authority.
After telling Ted it's an honor to speak with him, Bob manages to get an impressive four plugs in for his web site, www.thankyoufortakingmycall.com, which is a site devoted to Bob's phone scams on the television news media.

He asks people who are trapped in the subway to remain in the cars and, supposedly, keep watching the live coverage on their tv sets down there .

When asked how he is getting information to the subway cars, Dobbs says they are using “a wireless radio telepathic system.”

If people wander around in the tunnels, Bob implies they could run into characters from Beauty and the Beast.

Does Koppel realize it's a joke at any time during the two-and-a-half minute interview? You be the judge, but it doesn't look like it.

Boycott TV news. About the only honest person is the Sports reporter. Wish I could say the same about the weather person, but I find they lie too (OK, they aren't on par with the Shaman).

While at the gym they have the local DC news on the tube at 6 am. They are always bemoaning the higher-than-normal homicide rate in DC lately (not that it isn't always high). Always wringing their hands...oh what to do, what to do?

We all know how to drop crime like a rock. Arm civilians to the teeth. Or at the very least, let them keep guns in the home. These clueless people wouldn't even think of it.
