Jim Watson November 9, 2009, 04:08 PM A sufficiently motivated ($$$) gunsmith could no doubt mill down that long shallow ramp and dovetail in anything that suited you. RugRev November 10, 2009, 11:54 AM Jim Watson, above, is correct. I had a Colt Magnum Carry with the same profile and had the front sight milled down and a dovetailed patridge with gold bead put on. The new sight picked up quite a bit faster in various lighting conditions. Jim Stroh did the work and even offered the option of what size gold bead to use.
