Does any major factory offer loaded 7mm/08 ammo with Nosler Partition bullets? Bullet weights?

Federal loads the 140 grain Partition in the 7mm -08.

Nosler also offers it in their "Custom" line of ammo.

Thanks. I didn't realize that Nosler offers loaded ammo. Who makes it for them?
