I think I recall a similar question before but couldn't find it searching so I'll ask it again I guess.

Is having a gun in an IWB holster uncoverered ,ie shirt tucked in behind the gun so that it still shows, still considered concealed. I guess it comes down to how much of the gun must be visible- packing.org & the Ky state site do not qualify open carry exactly.

Just kinda curious- don't plan on trying it in town or anything, but I often walk my dogs late @ night(often midnight-3 am), both in populated and unpopulated areas(and I'd just rather not carry in a traditional open holster, as it could potentially draw unwanted attention as I exit the subdivisoin perhaps- cop lives nearby & being hassled re: carrying is not high on my list of desires-can't wait for CCW... etc), which can be concerning on occasion(though I'd like to think my great dane & german shephered could sufficiently scare away villians). :)

I asked this question about 45 days ago and how it related for Ohio. The answers/replies were not much help. I, however, did find a court case that was "many" years old where a man was found guilty of concealing his gun when it was carried the way that you state. Then again this is Ohio and it was long time ago. You live in a friendler state and I believe Ohio has lightened up a little.
