Anybody catch "Sons of Anarchy"? Clay & the MC repo a car from an Indian Reservation. It's filled with "bullets". Clay picks one up and says, "No stamp. These are home made."
So I explain to my wife how reloads would pretty much always have a headstamp and that what they found were cartridges or rounds.
On previous shows, SamCro has a plant that asembles AK's from parts they buy from the IRA. They make it out to be quite a process. I told the wife, "You know, there's a YouTube Video of a 10-year that can assemble a fully field stripped AK in under a minute."
My point is that wives of the world should be very grateful for having husbands like us that can point out the technical errors & omissions that TV Shows make. Most times I get,
"Will you shut-up and just watch the show!"
