Gift giving time again, christmas is 48 days away and what do you want under your tree????
I would like a S&W M&P 1905 4th change late 30's post heat treat improvement with a 5" barrel and the small grips, not magnas.

Time.
I just want more time. To spend with family, to shoot, train, practice, and read. More time to do more work without having to do less of everything else.

Kelly Hu
But since that won't happen I guess I'll have to settle for any of the following:
1) Marlin 1895 in .45-70 Goobermint
2) Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Colt
3) Lyman Great Plains Rifle in .54 w/ both barrel options
Copious amounts of Buffalo Bore loads to feed 1 and 2.
Plenty of Triple7 and projectiles for #3.

The more money that I have, it seems the less I spend on firearms. So for Christmas I'll be spending about $2K on training.

...hmmm... Boy, that's a toughie...
Well, I'd say a Stoeger Condor Uplander Supreme 12ga, but I'll prob'ly be getting a job quite soon after christmas, and can get something nice like a Citori. I'd also say an SAR-1 with lots o' mags, but again, I'll prob'ly get one of those after I get a job. Hm.
Not terribly firearms related, but how about a black 2003 vert feed WGP autococker, 12v revvy, 68/4500 on drop-forward, and Dye Ultralight? You did ask what we wanted for Christmas, not what firearms we wanted... Or maybe a Beretta 96 with CrimsonTrace grips. Whoever had those at the last THR NoVA shoot (sorry, terrible with names) managed to convince me. Without even speaking a word to try, if I recall...

urf....that's hard....:scrutiny:
It would be cool if I would have the profit for my house by then, or a .330 Dakota, but...
Somewhat more realistically, a Colt New Frontier, .44 special, 5.5" barrel.
Less realistic - a Ruger #1 in .45-70, with wood like they used to use in the 1970's.
Completely unrealistic - Famke Janssen - she is gun related, I promise.

A good job so I can afford to fuel my hobbies for years to come and pay off my existing debts. I don't want a free ride, just the opportunity to really use my skills and earn what I'm worth.
The masses educating themselves on politics and law then voting would be nice too, but wholely unrealistic.

What I would like to get is a S&W Model 329, but that is a pipe dream. I will have no tree and will be spending Christmas (and no doubt New Years Eve) at work.
If you happen to find yourself calling 911 in Las Vegas on Xmas, you just might see me. If you stay home on New Years Eve and watch the festivities on TV, I will be one of the guys on the Las Vegas strip in the orange threat level 4 ballistic armor.

Also more 40-rders and a 75er drum.
And Shania Twain next to the tree, not under it. :D
Merry Christmas, indeed...:)

... you can't possibly mean the DA/SA decocker FN HPs that the Finnish Army got in the early 80's? Those are god-awful abominations of a very decent pistol :barf: ... if you're short of weights for your fishnet, ok, but for shooting... god forbid :banghead: :D
For me, the tax return gnome will hopefully bring a new shotgun. I eagerly wait to see if it'll be a Mossberg pump or a Saiga eeeeeeeeevil semi-auto. Until tax return holidays I'll have yet three weekends of MA seminars ;) :) :D
For others, I'd love to see some decency in the international scene. Not to mention peace on Earth... but I digress.
