Hello, this is my first time posting on this messageboard so I apologize if this isn't the proper place to be asking this question, though it looks to be.

I am not a "gun person" so I am a bit at a loss when trying to do research on an oddball gun. The only source I can find seems to be here (http://www.angelfire.com/oh5/gunsfs/cobray.html).

Citing once source isn't likely to make a good paper, you see.

There are many messageboard postings I have found talking about it, however they all seem to either be from the writer of that website, or the person posting it links to that website.

So, if you please, can anyone either tell me more about this gun or point me in the proper direction to find out more?

Thank you.

From the looks of it, it doesn't appear to be anything I would want to rely on to defend myself.:barf:

On the other hand, if you are a collector of novelty weapons, it looks like a good addition.

I wouldn't expect them to be around very long.

Here are a couple THR links:

My most obvious POS is a Cobray Pocket Pal .380/.22 revolver thing. I knew it was a POS when I bought it. It's a collection piece. I will most likely never shoot it.

I've been very lucky. Out of 20+ guns I've owned over the last few years, the only ones that gave me real problems were Glocks.

Ugly pistol! It is a neat idea but the frame looks like it is a cheap casting. If I found one for $75-$100 I would buy it to play with it at the range but I wouldn't use it as a protection piece.
