The GIANT bucks were supposed to be the focus but my kids stole the show.:D My 13 yr. old made a fine shot on his deer as it was trailing a doe 240 yards away using his (used to be mine:fire::D) Savage 7mm-08 and his own reloads of 44g of Varget over a 120g Sierra Pro Hunter bullet.
All three bucks were shot within 500 yards of my house. Yeah, I know I'm lucky!

That was great. I went out with my son this year but we did not have your luck. Was that a Dodge pulling your trailer? Thought I saw a dodge grill in the back.

Yep, it's a Dodge but no trailer though. I don't even need the pickup for the deer. Just fire up the skid steer and go pick em up.:D
