"Blemished" Kahr, what's that?

I saw a Kahr for sale this weekend and noticed the case had a sticker on it labeled "Blemished". I looked the gun over and other than a B stamped on the trigger guard, I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Anyone know what constitutes a blemish bad enough to qualify?
I assume the gun is perfectly functional or it wouldn't be distributed by Kahr. The price was reduced a good bit. It is a K9 priced, like a CW9, at only $355 with night sights. Good deal or pass?

To me, "blemished" sounds like it should be a cosmetic issue. If that is the case then you have a pretty good deal. I have no idea what constitutes "blemished" though so I would ask and if it isn't cosmetic or they shy around the answer then I would pass.

Normally they are slightly pitted or have a finish blemish.

I know that Kahr stamps a "U" on the trigger guard for a "refurbished" gun but I have never seen or heard of a "B". It soulds like a great price. Give them a call and ask them if it retains the full warranty and if it does I'd jump on it.

One thing is sure, they would have never released it for sale unless it could shoot.
I'm betting it will be a good piece.

I bought the K9. I think the blemish is a slight flaw in the radiused edge on the left side of the slide. There is a tiny, and I mean tiny, transition just behind the front of the ejection port.
I've been to the range already and the gun has functioned just fine. I've shot 250 rounds of various brands, UMC, Blazer Brass, NATO and Winchester JHP. The night sights on this K9 are easier to pick up than the MMC white dots on my T9. I like this gun a lot, and I think I got a great deal. If you should come across one of the "B" marked guns I suggest you give it a look.
Here are pics of the gun and two samples of the gun's, (and my :uhoh:) accuracy. These were shot at 12 yards, rested on my range bag and were the third and forth mags. I shot two fast mags to make sure it worked, where it aimed and to "feel" the trigger a bit.

The B stands for B-stock. And blemish means that when the item came off the line, the QC inspectors noticed a visual defect in the product. Blemished means cosmetic error, refurbished means mechanical error. Awesome buy, by the way.
