Tomorrow Ky deer gun season starts and I won't be there.:( My back went out on me today, and instead of going to the deer camp, I'm going to the doctor's office, hobbling around the house and typing on this #@%& computer. My truck is loaded, my guns ready, food bought, everything but kissin the wife and the kids goodbye.:banghead: It's been at least 15 years since I've missed opening day, and I'm PO'd and need to vent to strangers.(wiping tears)To rub salt in the wound the weather is going to be perfect with no rain for a change. Any sympathy would be appreciated.

Tough luck,Bucky.
If you do as the doctor says, there'll be other opening days.

Dig out the crutches and load up on Ibuprofen. Then, get some Valium and a chauffeur. The pain won't necessarily go away, but you just won't care.
Every now and then I'll feel a "twinge" in my lower back. I either go to bed then, and pray a lot; or, I'll moan and hobble and spend most of the next three days close to the bed, anyway. The old BTDT deal...

Compared to some people's problems, this is a just a pimple, but you deer hunters know where I'm coming from. It's been ten years since my back has given me any serious problems, why couldn't it wait another month? The timing is unbelieveable.
ps........... Art, this pain refuses to be ignored
