Dick's had a coupon in the paper here-ammunition buy one get one free-limit six boxes. The only problem I see is they have to have it in stock before I can buy it. I wonder if I could get a rain check. This deal required a coupon & being there between 5:00 am and 12:00 noon IIRC

It is buy one, get one half off, so basically 25% off ammo. Most of there ammo other than shotgun shells are overpriced :(

I picked up some Hornady Critical Defense 9mm at Dick's, since it was buy one, get one 50% off. Total for 50 rounds was $37.50 plus tax. I didn't think that was too bad. I really wanted Gold Dots, but the Hornady was all the 9mm they had.

i got the 24 gun safe there this morning too.. now just waiting on someone to help me unload it off the truck... very good deal

Sportsman's had a decent sale on today. from 6-10 am they had Ruger LCP's for 269 or so. they also had savage 111's with a scope and sling for 389.

i know im bumping up an old thread, but i was just checking to see if anyone that bought the gun safe at dicks on black friday had received their rebate yet... i sent my stuff out the same day i bought it NOV 27... i know rebates are SLOW, but we are closing in on 3 months...

that's why I NEVER EVER EVER buy stuff that doesn't offer an instant rebate. i've gotten screwed on every mail-in rebate i've ever tried

update: I recieved my rebate in the mail a couple of days ago.
