Being fairly new to much beyond cleaning, I have a question for you more experienced "'Smiths": I ordered a stronger extractor spring from Wolff for my CZ 75B...I am going to need a punch to remove the "pin"...Anyone know the size of this pin? I don't want to screw-up this fairly simple job, so I am resisting trial and error. Thanks!

You might try:

If you haven't been there before it is worth a look.

I replaced the recoil and hammer springs on my 85 Combat. Well worth it. I have not removed any pins from my CZ however. I think I remember reading you need a straight wall punch. The guy that posted said he bought a whole set of them at Sears for $10 or so.

Good Luck.

Makarov: Thanks for the tip...I recently found out that Wolff (gunsprings.com)now makes a stronger extractor spring for the CZ 75B(I'm not sure if it would be the same as a CZ 85B.) I had occasional fail to extracts and am hoping the stronger spring will clear it up.
